Pugin certainly had very decided tastes.<br /><br />I'm really enjoying your blog so far; it's delightfully informative and entertaining. I do wish you hadn't pooh-poohed my beloved Rococo earlier, but that example you linked to was rather execrable. I think it would be fascinating if you did an entry on medieval organs. I really haven't the foggiest notion what they looked like, how big they got, what their cases were like, or anything really. When one thinks of organs, one invariably thinks Baroque, and I'm sure you'd like to change that.Sintynoreply@blogger.com
